Anhui Sun Create Electronics Co., Ltd. is located in the Hefei State New and High Technology Development Park, Hefei City, Anhui Province, P. R. China. It was co-founded by East China Research Institute of Electronic Engineering(ECRIEE), the main investor of the Company, and China Materials Development and Investment Corporation, China National Electronics Import & Export Corporation, Anhui Mingshen Information Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing Benda Information Engineering Company and Beijing Youth Pioneer Investment Co., Ltd. with total registered capital of 58.8 million yuan(about $7.4 million) and net assets of 451 million yuan(about $56 million). The Company's principal activities are the production,design, research, service provision, export and sale of radar and related components, radio and television broadcast communication equipment, electronic system construction, integrated circuit and other product. Other activities include the installation and design of satellite ground receive facility, school campus networking system construction and security system construction; sale of home appliance, electronic product and communication equipment.
