For more than 25 years, WATER-JEL Technologies of Carlstadt, New Jersey has been offering tried and trusted emergency burn care products for the pre-hospital treatment of burn injuries. As the world market leader, we were the first to introduce the water-based gel technology that revolutionized emergency first aid for burns.

We provide state-of-the-art emergency burn care and first aid products to Industry, Emergency Medical Services, Fire Services, Sea Air Rescue, all services of the U.S. Military Armed Forces, Food Services and Formula One Motor Racing worldwide. We also provide emergency burn care and first aid products for consumers from all walks of life who want the confidence and preparedness to handle burn emergencies in their homes, businesses and schools.

Be prepared for burn injuries—large and small. Water-Jel burn care products utilize a thick water-based and water-soluble gel made of 96% water, which is proven to dissipate heat and cool burns, quickly relieve pain, help stop burns from progressing deeper into the skin and help prevent infection. They provide thermal (not evaporative) cooling, but won’t get too cold or increase the risk of hypothermia—even on large burns. The gel also contains medically pure Tea Tree Oil, a natural antibacterial. Water-Jel can be used on all types of burns and is used by EMS, the U.S. Military and industrial health and safety professionals around the world.
