Ergonomics is the branch of engineering that studies workstations, tools, and task design. Industrial Ergonomics has special value in China:

Cici Zhang, EHS Technical Director, Senior EHS Consultant
Cici Zhang has worked in EHS field for over 17 years and has gained extensive experience in this area. SHE is well trained under an advanced international EHS management, risk assessment and auditing system; and has rich experience of developing, implementing and maintaining EHS system in industrial sites. She has strong knowledge in Chinese EHS laws and regulations and has rich experience in EHS training, EHS auditing, both internal and external against local regulation and corporate guidelines. She is an ISO 14001, OHSAS18001 and SA8000 internal auditor and certified safety engineer with broad experience in EHS management system establishment and implementation, fire safety planning and execution, chemical management, machine guarding and EHS risks controls. She is an approved auditor for Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition and Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) and Pfizer supplier EHS review.
張女士在中國EHS領域工作超過17年，具有豐富的EHS管理經驗。她在先進的國際EHS管理體系、風險評估體系以及EHS審核體系方面接受過系統(tǒng)的培訓，擁有大量的實踐經驗，并且在建立、執(zhí)行和維護工業(yè)企業(yè)EHS體系上有著資深的經驗。她熟悉中國的EHS法律法規(guī)，在EHS培訓、EHS審核（包括法律法規(guī)及公司內部要求的內部審核和外部審核）方面有著豐富經驗。張女士具有ISO14001內審員資質和注冊安全工程師資質，在火災安全計劃和實施、化學品管理及EHS風險控制有著廣泛的經驗。加入紹爾之前，張女士曾任Golder集團技術經理，AECOM咨詢公司中國區(qū)的高級EHS顧問，吉百利公司的EHS經理，以及在輝瑞制藥和耐克公司擔任過EHS主管。
Maggie Zhu, CIH, Senior Occupational Health and Safety Manager
Maggie Zhu has worked in IH/ OH field for over 9 years. She has rich IH/ OH technical and management experience. She is responsible for consulting on occupational health regulatory compliance, environmental, health and safety (EHS) audit, corporate social responsibility (CSR) audit, qualitative and quantitative exposure assessment, indoor air quality (IAQ) assessment, and training on occupational health. She is also the ergonomics specialist in SOIL, who is responsible for ergonomics assessment and recommendation for manufacturing facilities and office. Moreover, she provides in-house training on office and industrial ergonomics. Ms. Zhu is the member of American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). She received her Master’s degree in Occupational and Environmental Health from Fudan University and holds Chinese qualification of Certified Safety Engineer. Before joining SOIL, she used to work for Golder for senior IH consultant, and Saint-Gobain China responsible for IH/OH support and management. She was involved in the Chinese OEL standard development and is familiar with IH/OH regulatory requirements. She has conducted projects and training services for Tetra Pak, GE, BASF, Wacker, Akzo Nobel, Huntsman, SLIC, UPS, Seagate, Delphi, AMD, Agilent, Hitachi, Rio Tinto, J&J, Monsanto, L'Oreal, etc.

朱女士在中國有超過9年以上的IH/ OH專業(yè)工作經驗，她具有豐富的工業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理和技術工作背景。承擔一系列工業(yè)衛(wèi)生咨詢項目，包括風險識別、定性和定量評估、室內空氣質量（IAQ）評估、環(huán)健健康和安全（EHS）審核、企業(yè)社會責任（CSR）審核、石棉調查、培訓、化學品管理等。此外，她提供內部培訓，辦公和工業(yè)人機工程學。她是美國工業(yè)衛(wèi)生協(xié)會(AIHA)會員、中國注冊安全工程師。朱女士參與編寫國家職業(yè)衛(wèi)生標準，她非常熟悉職業(yè)衛(wèi)生法規(guī)標準體系。她是復旦大學職業(yè)衛(wèi)生學碩士。在加入紹爾之前，朱女士曾在Golder工作過，負責IH工業(yè)衛(wèi)生咨詢項目。她曾服務過的客戶包括（部份）：Tetra Pak, GE, BASF, Wacker, Akzo Nobel, Huntsman, SLIC, UPS, Seagate, Delphi, AMD, Agilent, Hitachi, Rio Tinto, J&J, Monsanto, L’Oreal等。
